Now, there is an information system development project in one of the companies of your corporation, and this is a high-priority project. You were asked if you can serve as a team leader and facilitator in this project. Executive management wants you to implement an agile methodology. You accepted this new responsibility. This is also an opportunity for you to improve your skills and implement your previous profound experience in a new field. You know that you should educate yourself about the main principles of the agile mindset. Therefore, you decided to start with servant leadership and continue with cross-functional agile team formation.

1. Choose few characteristics of servant leadership, and discuss how you can educate yourself to excel in these characteristics.
2. Start preparing a roadmap in order for a cross-functional team. Identify few properties that you should prioritize while selecting members, and forming the team, and when you start working with the team during all iterations.
