2. In 16.2 on p. 403 Stevenson and Wolfers list several ways firms differentiate their products. You need to be thinking about doing this as an employee or firm owner as well. So read over the section entitled "There are many ways to differentiate your product" and describe two you anticipate will help you distinguish yourself in your future job or with the firm you run. For example, I try to distinguish myself as a professor by providing customer service to students - encouraging them to speaking with me on the phone for extra-credit, answering emails quickly, and providing a lot of feedback on your assignments. I also try to differentiate myself by providing a simple course design. Many students tell me this format is the most straightforward of any online course they have. And to mention a 3rd, I also hope you feel the quality of the course in terms of how much you are learning is high. (4 points)
