Help me make a C program that will perform the Secant Method that will solve the equation f(x) = -13 - 20x +19x2 -3x3.

Required:

1. Ask the user upper and lower boundaries

2. An error if the input is outside the boundaries of the root

3. Error criterion = 0.1%

4. Show the results of all iterations in tabular form on the screen
