help me pls. use list and on python and do not use function (def...)

Exercise 14: Write an algorithm that, given two lists by the user, says each element they have in common and how many in each list. (Ex: [1,2,1,3] and [1,2,4] have 1 in common present 2 times in the first, once in the second; and 2 is present once in each)
