help me provide feedback to this paragraph response: While sexual harassment continues to be an issue in the workplace, it is not a new issue. Sexual harassment in the workplace remains a problem because of inconsistent application and enforcement of company rules, and state and national laws and regulations. If an organization finds that sexual harassment has taken place, it should be treated similarly to other situations where laws have been broken. Individuals should be fired and reported to the authorities including the police. Perpetrators of the crime, and yes it is a crime, should not be given warnings and sensitivity training, the perpetrators should be shown the door, and also deal with any legal ramifications. There can be significant improvement over the next decade if this path is chosen. I believe that as time progresses, this issue will become less prominent due to the culture that younger generations have grown in. I would consider this a culture of awareness
