Respond to at least two of your peers by suggesting at least one specific strategy you think HR or other leaders could do differently to foster positive organizational culture in the experience they described. If you have ever experienced something like what they shared, how does your story compare with their experience? The current organization I will be discussing is the one I currently work for which I'm very happy to be a part of. The HR department shows their appreciation yearly by rewarding all employees with tickets to the closest amusement park in their area. During the day employes can mingle with HR, meet the CEO, play games, and eat which I really enjoyed most being as though we all work from home in different areas. I believe this positive experience is one that shows how the organization I work for has built a culture for the employees within the organization in which we are able to socialize and interact with HR outside of work. Other ways in which the organizations HR culture reflects being positive is the culture diversity distributed through our teams and the management styles leadership has allowing for everyone to be consistent to support the company's goals.
