help me to write my reflections section using these guidelines, "Prepare a reflection section which discusses your experiences and the lessons you learned from your experience during your internship.." considering , I have this already, "I completed a three-month internship at Affinity Health Center, where I worked as a Public Health intern. During my internship I was responsible for shadowing medical case managers to learn and assist with completing assessments, documentation, and interviewing clients to determine their needs for people living with HIV/AIDS. I shadowed outreach case managers and assisted with presentations to community partners. I was also able to help design and complete an outreach brochure for the Ryan White program
