help me with this project management project, This project is to help you develop your skills to get the executive sponsorship for your product. You may team up as a team of no more than 3 students for this project. You can also do this project on your own. If you team up, you all will get the same grades for this project. Project: Please think of a problem that a group of customers are facing. This could be a problem at your current or past company, it could be a problem that your colleagues or fellow students have, it could be one your kids or spouse face or it could even be a problem that our society faces. Then go through each of the sections identified in the Strategy document. Identify the target market, the job that customer segement is trying to do, what has changed in the market or market trend that makes this problem an unmet need, what is your value proposition, what does the competition look like, what will be your differentiator, what will be the success metrics you will measure the product by? I have not had a chance to cover Product Risks. So you can skip the section on Product Risks in your Product Strategy doc. I will not deduct points for not talking about the risks to your product. But please keep in mind that you should also be typically covering risks in your strategy doc when you eventually become a product manager. In the Product Strategy doc, please add a vision and executive summary on the 1st page. You can refer to a sample product strategy template I used for building the Qualtrics Contact Center product. I have sanitized it but this is to give you an idea of how I would add an executive summary for the corressponding product strategy. In the 2nd part, describe the user journey for the user of the product. Now pick one task in the user journey and build some visuals using any wireframing tools you like (e.g: Balsamiq, Figma) to show what the product will look like when the user is trying to do those tasks. Showing mockups/wireframes helps bring a product to life and get executive buy in. Upload the above documents. Finally in the 3rd part, your goal is to test if this product has any takers even before you start writing the first line of code. To do this, you will create a landing page for your Product annoucing that the product is being built. And then reach out to your target audience to gauge interest in the product and willingness to be beta testers. You will then send a sample survey to this beta test group to get their feedback on if they will need such a product and how much they would be willing to pay for it. For building out the landing page, use any of the free website tools like Wix, Weebly, Wordpress etc. For collecting interest from sample set of customers, you can use a simple survey and embed that link on your website or use some other feature where you collect their contact info so you can reach out to them later. In the survey, make sure to ask them not just if they would buy the product but how much would they be willing to pay for it. Feel free to update your Product Strategy document based on the insights you have gained from launching the landing page for your product and the survey results. Upload your Product Strategy, wireframe mockups, landing page (link) and the results of your survey insights. Also upload the raw data you have collected in your survey
