I have a King of Torts paper due TOMORROW. You need an example from the King of Torts to illustrate each of the chapters from the textbook ? Confidentiality, UPL, conflict of interest etc. You say how someone in the book violated or maybe upheld that principle, and then you cite the rule from Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct that applies; the rule for confidentiality, billing etc. For example, did Clay breach client confidentiality? If so how? What's the Texas rule that he violated? And so on, you have to give a specific example from the book.
