The Major global trade for North America is the NAFTA while that of Europe is the EU. The Similarity between this two trades is that there is liberalization of trade for all the member countries. Secondly there is removal of trade barrier both of these trades whereby there is elimination of tariffs and quotas for all the member countries. The main difference between these two global trades is the NAFTA does not have the usual supranational institutions that are found in the EU, for example, they have no commission, no court justice and this excludes competition rules from its dispute decisions procedure[Law15]. Similarly NAFTA does not have the usual antitrust policies which exists in the European Union
