Davis paid $730 monthly rent on the repair shop on the first day of the month, and since he had extra cash on hand at the end of the month, he paid another $730 to cover the next month's rent. 5. On the 10th of the month, Davis paid $250 to settle the bills related to the previous month's advertising costs.
