In this section you will design the actual newcomer training program and HRD program to be done. You should have at least 5 good learning objectives for the program. They should have the 3 parts of a good learning objective (behavior, conditions, and standards). You will then determine how exactly those objectives will be taught in the training and HRD program, with at least 1 objective taught through on the job training and one taught through the HRD intervention. You can use lectures, experiential exercises, electronic-facilitated, on the job training, and/or structured on the job training.
