(dont do direct floating point equality comparison, instead apply threshold like |x -x(hat)| > e (elipson). (eps function). added fudge factor if needed. then test the fuction with random complex vectors using rand function. for two cases - where the more elements in each vector than the number of vectors, where the number of vectors is equal to the number of elements in a vector.
