Help with R-programming:

Working on a project in R, I am trying to get the p-value for each column in my data then compare that p-value with 0.01 and if it's greater then remove the column from regression and redo regression again then check the p-value again. I want to keep doing this until all the p-values in my summary table are less than 0.01. Any thoughts on how I would approach this?
