Statement of the Problem Responsible pet ownership requires that one groom their pets every now and then. We plan to find a solution that allows people with limited hand dexterity and arm movement to groom their pets. For those elderly and disabled pet owners, properly grooming pet dogs may become a challenge due to the physical restraints they experience on a day to day basis. Many who cannot take on the task of grooming their pets themselves will often take them to a professional groomer. These services are often very expensive and requires that the pet owner physically drive to that location. Transportation is another obstacle which need to be taken into account
