hen looking to start a project, one thing that we must take into consideration is what is needed from the project, what the ultimate goal is for that project, and what the customer's needs are. When faced with a project, it is important to get as much information from the customer as possible as to what they are looking for at the end of the project. Requirements that have to do with the project goal of the customer, and the project manager or team needs to ask the customer/ sponsor about those requirements to ensure they are going in the right direction for their plan. This requires a level of trust and open communication between the customer and project team to ensure they are on the same page for the project goal
