Henry has filed a lawsuit against Davy Crockett's Riverwalk Tours for negligence after he slipped on an oily spot on one of Davy Crockett's Riverwalk Tours' boats and fell into the San Antonio River.

In its defense, Davy Crockett's Riverwalk Tours says that Henry had been drinking at the time and was intoxicated; and that was the reason he got injured.

The jury finds that Henry's injuries, including medical bills and mental anguish, amount to $50,000.

The jury also finds Davy Crockett's Riverwalk Tours is liable for Henry's injury because it failed to maintain a safe environment for its customer. However, the jury also found that Henry was partially responsible for his own injury because he was intoxicated. In fact, the jury finds that Henry is 50% liable for his injuries.

Since the jury found that both Davy Crockett's Riverwalk Tours and Henry are responsible for Henry's injuries, what does this mean for Henry?
