Henry is employed by a racetrack to walk horses around the racetrack each morning. His job is to lead the horses by their reins and walk alongside of them around the track to get them some early morning exercise. One morning Henry leaves the track and begins riding one of the horses through a nearby neighborhood. The horse becomes skittish and kicks a property owner, injuring that owner.
