Here is a discussion post that needs a response to: My name is Oshae, my current position is being a SAHM (Stay at Home Mom) and homeschool teacher. Being a homeschool teacher was the best decision we made for our kids' education. From this course, I see myself applying the knowledge and utilizing evidence-based practice in any way I can in my new career field. The factors I would identify that could constrain the success of the luncheon would be the Scheduling Quality Resources Scheduling 3,000 people within 90 days would be a lot of fast-paced work. And within the fast-paced scheduling situation comes lots of errors. With errors comes discombobulated times, and misplaced attendees' information or even down to the communication. Then comes the quality, the quality is always affected by any change within the constrains. With that being said if any of the constrains such as the three I have chosen crumble so will the quality. For me quality is a big part of planning a project. Having the best quality far as your building, staff, presenter etc. would still not really be enough to stop the constrains because like I stated earlier the quality is always affected if one of the other constrains come into play. The last constrain I chose was the resources. Having proper resources for the project is a must. The resources need to be well picked. Great resources for your project will give a better outcome of the project, because the time was taken to properly make sure what was needed and being used would be the best for the project at hand
