Within my organization, it is my responsibility as a mechanical engineers to go out and repair car audio systems at customers' homes. Mechanical engineers follow at flat structure by reporting to the zone manager. There was a meeting conducted to try to establish an effect chain of command with hierarchy to make communication easy and effective. Based on the company's values, the organization talked about creating strategic objectives and programs. Customer satisfaction is extremely important as well as, improving quality and new technology. When it comes to improving changes of new objectives and processes, the organization did a great job identifying associated quality and process management.
