Here is my SWOT analysis for C&C Sports:

Strengths:

They are prioritizing the US economy, and prioritize quick delivery for their consumers. They have a good amount of suppliers and vendors to assist with production. They do have different product offerings like the letter award jackets, pants and the baseball jerseys.

Weaknesses:

They have had a decline in cash (Net Income) for the past 3 years. They have too much inventory and AR which isdraining their cash flow. They need to change their strategy regarding how they are paying long-term debt versus short-term debt. Their operating income is also low compared to their large competitor.

Opportunities:

The internet is a new sales channel that they can utilize for more sales. Consumers are willing to pay more for high quality products so this means that they have an edge against their competition. Especially, since the US is the primary source for this high-tech specialty fabric that these uniforms are being produced with. Lastly, they have an opportunity to not just compete in their local market (Texas).

Threats:

 

The industry is facing pressures from China due to having to compete with them on price. Another threat is that this industry does not have consistent sales/ordering trends.
