Requirement analysis is one the primary activity of SDLC. The requirement analysis phase is consisting of number of other sub activities. Requirement gathering and analysis is one the complex activity. Business Analyst is responsible to communicate with all stakeholders and user classes. The requirements which he gathered from one stakeholder conflicts with another stakeholder requirements. It is especially important to identify the conflicts between different requirements and communicate the conflicts to stakeholders and resolve them in early stage of requirement analysis.
