So my group and I made a proposal to have open a Young Adult Addiction and Mental Health Recovery Center on my college campus

answering questions such as but not limited to what is the subject and the purpose of the report, what problems are you solving, what are the benefits of implementing the recommendations you are suggesting, etc,

Describe the background

This part of the introduction should include some general research about students and the drug/mental problems they face in college. review previous research and establish how yours fits in.
