I have a question regarding contract formation; The example is that someone enters into a loyalty scheme of the kind "Buy 5 coffees and get your next one free" by simply taking the provided card to be stamped and gets it stamped on each purchase of a coffee, but then the scheme is discontinued while the person has purchased 4 coffees. In this case, are the elements of contract formation satisfied? (Intention,consideration, agreement and certainty?)- Especially consideration and agreement?
