Hi Austin, I think that we could have been more successful in battling COVID-19 if there were a balance between both centralized and decentralized. I don't think it's more of one or the other. Sure decentralization allows more flexibility at a local level, however the government could't even mandate or create new policies in regards to this issue since the public polorized most of the different goverment approaches to COVID-19. There was definitely a lack of bith centralization and decentralization mainly at a local level. If the country hadn't been centralized at a national level i don't think that
