HI! Below is the instructions on my paper. I am focusing on the bank I work for and the problem being employee engagement and turnover rate.
What framework should I be following? Any guidance on what I should include in the implementation plan as well? I'm stuck.
Thank you!
Below is the overall assignment instructions to help understand what I'm asking.
Using a leadership theoretical framework (any approach to leadership detailed in the course materials), the capstone project assesses a perceived organizational problem or opportunity and offers a proposed solution, implementation plan, and assessment strategy. The capstone project is involved, takes time, thought, and analysis, and requires a commitment to producing a useful, quality deliverable. The intention of the capstone project is to serve as the culminating project of Alvernia University's MBA program and to offer students the opportunity to present a deliverable to their organizations for consideration.

Opportunity/Problem (Perceived)
Students select a perceived opportunity or problem at their respective organization that if addressed will make a positive difference. If students are not currently involved with an organization, they can use a previous employer or a general business topic that many organizations struggle with can serve as the opportunity or problem. For example, employee retention rates, employee engagement, toxic corporate culture, or strategic talent management (these are merely examples and by no means is this list exhaustive). Once selected, students provide a basic overview, or history, of the situation selected, including basic background information on the company and industry.
Leadership Theoretical Framework
This section presents the leadership theoretical framework (an approach to leadership detailed in the course materials) through which to analyze the perceived organizational opportunity or problem. The leadership theoretical framework can be any approach that relates to the process of leadership that this course covered. For ideas, students can simply revisit the table of contents in Hughes, Ginnett, and Curphy (2019). Any approach, theory, or concept discussed in the text, for the purpose of this assignment, is considered a leadership theoretical framework. For example, the Interactional Framework, credibility, power, emotional intelligence, the leadership pipeline, followership, contingency theories, or different approaches to leadership and change. After selecting the leadership theoretical framework, students are required to provide an academically accountable overview of the framework and the reason(s) they believe this particular "lens" will prove useful for their analysis.
Analysis
Students use the selected leadership theoretical framework to analyze the perceived opportunity or problem and present the results in this section.
Solution
Based on the results of the analysis of the perceived opportunity or problem, students identify and detail a proposed solution. The solution should be supported with, and informed by, research reported in academic, peer-reviewed journal articles. Proposed solutions need support, not opinions, assumptions, instincts, or simple anecdotal stories, rationalizations, or justifications.
Implementation Plan
This section of the capstone project specifically addresses the process for introducing, rolling out, and executing the proposed solution. The implementation plan should be informed by a specific approach to organizational change and must be actionable. Note: an appendix, figure, or table would be useful for succinctly summarizing and presenting the implementation plan, especially as a supplement to the written explanation and rationale for the implementation plan.
Assessment Strategy
Students should briefly outline their assessment strategy, meaning identify the key performance indicators, benchmarks, standards, and/or goals that need to be measured before, during, and after implementation. Note: an appendix, figure, or table would be useful for succinctly summarizing and presenting the assessment strategy, especially as a supplement to the written explanation and rationale for the assessment strategy.
Conclusion
The conclusion should persuasively summarize the need for moving forward with the proposed solution and reiterate the intended ROI. The ROI should be informed and supported by the research reported in academic, peer-reviewed journal articles.
