Hi can someone help with this essay question?

You are an accountant at a large multi-state firm. You work very hard and are highly ethical by nature. You have been at this firm for almost seven years now and you would like to either be considered senior or perhaps buy into the firm as a partner. You approach the firm's Board and bring up the subject, asking how to best prepare for that next career advancement when your seven anniversary comes up. The Board considers your inquiry and tells you they will get back to you. You patiently wait and your seven year anniversary comes and goes, still no input from the firm's Board. Vexed by this you go on Indeed.com and find another firm, a new role with high pay and less mundane tasks. Your job search shows that you are certainly overqualified, are underpaid and missing other benefits from other potential employers. It is now close to seven and a half years at the firm and you have a decision to make, to take your knowledge built, crafted by the firm in the last seven years to another employer or simply start your own firm. What would you do? What decision would be prudent and what would be the appropriate steps towards achieving that decision. Consider your perspective, the firm's, and other strategic considerations.
