How might adding confidence intervals help managers accept the results better? Why? Ask a manager in your organization if they would prefer a single point estimate or a range for important measures, and why? Because it would include a range of results instead of just one. With confidence intervals you have to establish the mean and difference between the values. According to Tanner & Youssef -Morgan, "confidence intervals are only calculated for significant results" (Tanner & Youssef-Morgan, 2013). I asked a manager and they prefer to get range for important measures because it would get better results and helps for the outcome.
