Where in APS staff were afraid to speak up and cheated to hit the score bar (Simons & Kindred, 2017).

The student-teacher relationship is a solution focusing on the people rather than rules and environment. Other solutions focused on improving tangible things rather how enhancing education. The solution works around the problem fixing the anchor of high scores that students unable to reach.

The article by Briody et al., (2018) mentions student-teacher relationship is important in organisational culture because it helps to change the three levels of organisation in seen, heard, and believe. The change can help students and teachers appreciate each others role, understand and respect one another and any prejudice believe fading. Overall, the solution can help APS to respect everyone and ability to help regarding the age difference and status.

The recommended solution should be implemented in APS when accuaring to achieve the standard score. It will help to improve the current goal with more achievable, reliable, and specific identification on what was previously faced. This solution will involve revising the current plan of APS to improve the students score through reward-punish action. The punishment should be minimal, which involves revising the academic standard with counselor supervision in checking the students' and teachers' performance.

This solution is more reliable than other solutions because it helps to divide the problem into sections and understand in which area there should be an improvement. This solution is time-bound and help to interpret if the solution helped and if it did not then the solution can be revised. It also helps to keep on track to measure what things needed to be changed to increase the scores.

4.3 Supportive and engaging leaders

The recommended solution will help to build communication between the leaders and those who work with them. This solution helps to implement safe environment, equality, and understanding leader, who is willing to help out whenever there is a problem. This problem is recommended from other solutions because it focuses on the leadership role that is able to pull the entire organisation when it is required with everyone's agreement. When the leader possess the quality of understanding and carrying then the coworkers are likely to feel safe because they know that the leader will be able to grasp the problem and solve it calmly rather than rushing it through.
