Hi, could I please get help with some questions below.

proposed idea

0-Waste Supermarket is a large local grocery store. Our organisation strives to serve outstanding customer service and superior value to thousands of members in the community. Our life-long commitment to contributing to the growth of our community means we're operating towards an environmentally sustainable future while establishing long term relationships with local suppliers and local farmers. 0-Waste supermarket is launching a new system of high-quality reusable packaging for hundreds of products. These reusable packaging can be returned and refilled repeatedly while creating minimal to no waste. At the same time, the organisation will be introducing a customer loyalty program to encourage consumers in buying to reuse. These products will range from toiletry (shower bottles), food packaging (Tupperware), household items, kitchen (eco-friendly utensil sets ). The business will be going green by reducing packaging and using environmentally responsible packaging materials. We also provide delivery services, this alternative route will allow for a substitute service possibly in difficult circumstances or suit our customers who simply prefer home delivery services. Upon delivery, we will be picking up previous containers and/or packaging to be reused. The business will also be partnered with sustainable suppliers.

Internal use:

? A decrease in costs resulting in an increase in business profit.

? Sustainable business recognition.

External use:

? Waste reduction.

? Delivery service will be useful for customers.
