Hi,

Hope you can help me with activity ratio. I dont need much of explanation if the result is high or low base on industry average but I was hoping to get a straight forward answer.

I have the formula to calculate Fixed Asset Turnover Ratio and Other Asset Ratio; what Im not sure about is which specific assets in the MC balance sheet I need to put together to calculate for this.

  1. Fixed Asset Turnover Ratio = sales/Average Fixed Asset(base on the balance sheet, should I add all property and equipment, operating lease right-of-use assets, equity investments, goodwill, intangible assets net, other long-term assets?which are 195,156 + 149,373- are all of these fall to fixed asset) there is also depreciation, do I deduct that?
  2. Other Asset Ratio = sales/Average Other Assets (base on the balance sheet, should I add all Other current asset and other long-term asset?) which are 38,821 + 28,468)
