Hi. I am working on the Hamptonshire Express problem attached. I submitted the (also) attached image to my professor showing my calculations for the first problem. I am not sure where to go from here because I cannot get the Z score and feel like I'm doing something wrong in the first part of the problem. I provided an earlier version to my professor that didn't figure in the .08, but he said that this was incorrect. Can you help me get unstuck?
