Hi i am writing a report and these are the questions i am stuck on:

i) Create a new Performance and Total Rewards Strategy that suits GourmetBaby's expansion plans, organisational cultural and values. Critically discuss the rationale for your strategy in addition to providing the wording for the actual strategy statement.

ii) Provide justified and well-argued recommendations and solutions for the suggested Reward and Performance Management approach.

[Hint: These should include:

A suitable reward package i.e. tangible and intangible pay, benefits and intangible rewards; what rewards are suitable given the current climate?

An appropriate performance management system and associated practices, procedures and tools i.e. how will performance be measured, managed, evaluated and rewarded? Think of organisational and individual performance levels.

Provide a rationale for your choices and critically justify them via mixture of theory, models, literature and comparison with other similar organisations.

Total Reward Package (Critical Analysis of the new package e.g. Pay, Benefits[Flexible], Share options, any other rewards etc. How it would ensure the Fairness, Equitable and transparency. Make sure there is theoritical underpinnings and if possible some external example(s)). (How the new system would help GourmetBaby's focus more on employees and help them on their global expansion)
