Hi. I had an assignment for Organisation Development and Change Management. I need to

a) select and describe changes that have affected a company using open systems perspective, population ecology model OR performance gap

b) explain application of process consulting to the company as part of implementing OD

c) describe planned change activities in relation to changes highlighted in point (a)
