i have a few questions.

1. in budgeted income statement. Are inclusive batch related costs calculated from the production volume or sales volume?

2. In budgeted income statement how is COGS calculated (i know about direct material costs, but do i also need labor costs? fixed overhead costs? batch related costs? )

3. if not, where do i put batch related costs and fixed overhead cost in budgeted income statement?
