Our client, Simon Stern, is considering whether he should enter into a business agreement with James St. Patrick for the purchase of a commercial building located at 678 LMNOP Way, Lansing, Michigan 48909.Mr. Stern is hesitant about the deal because he heard from the owners of the other buildings that one of the tenants who leases a unit in the building from Mr. St. Patrick has been arrested numerous times for selling drugs at the location and that the building is under surveillance.That tenant, Thomas Eagan, operates a laundry facility on the premises.Mr. Stern is worried that this may be a front for a drugs and money laundering operation.
