I have the following information and need to represent it in graphs, but I am not sure on how or which graph to use. Any assistance in graph or what values should be used would be appreciated.

I need to present the data graphically.

1. Trends in frequency rate, incident rate, severity rate
2. Clustered year 1-3 lost time injury data
