I$\text{'}$m hoping someone can help me$.$ I've tried calling several times, unfortunately I can never get throught to a live person, just a recording. I've been charged

$$21\mathrm{.}20$ a month for the last $4$ months, December, Jan., Feb., March even though I cancelled the subscrition.

Can you Please, please, please, refund my credit card for $$84\mathrm{.}80.$ I keep trying to cancel in the link that says manage my subscription but there is no option to cancel. I can not afford this, especially since I have not used it and I've tried several times to cancel it$.$
