The assignment should include the following:

- A summary of the background facts of the resolution

- A summary of the Security Council's position

- A reasoned opinion as to whether the Security Council resolution is reasonable, justifiable, and morally correct

- A conclusion with a discussion question that will require the reader to think more deeply about the resolution and perhaps do some extra research.
