Trash barres being picked up by the sanitation department trucks all throughout the park goes against the ordinance of "No vehicles In The Park". The trash can clearly be picked up in a different way from the park, for instance keeping a large waste container outside of the park and have the park maintenance deposit the garbage in that one single dumpster. As per the trash barrels inside of the park, those can be replaced by the trash bins on wheels to make the job of the park maintenance easier. The park should not be limited in their ways of transferring the waste to the large waste container outside of the vicinity of the park, however should not engage motorized assistance to perform such activity.

B. An ambulance is carrying an accident victim through the park. This instance is a violation of the ordinance, since it imposes great danger, as well noise to the visitors of the park. All emergency cars with the sirens on while driving on the streets do receive a clear road, where all other cars are required to pull to the right and stop to make room for an emergency car. Consequently, the ambulance cars should not allowed in the park, with an exception if the park visitor, faced with a threat to his life, requires one.

C. The police car, which is driving through the park during the chase. This incident violates the park ordinance. Similar to the case discussed above, it creates danger to the visitors of the park; it also disturbs the seclusion and peace of the leisure park. The park visitors should not be limited in the leisure activities. These do not go against the pollution of the park. However, motorcycles should be excluded in the vicinity of the park.

E. The motorized wheelchair carrying a disabled person. The park should not exclude the disabled people on motorized wheelchairs from visiting and enjoying the park. The motorized wheelchairs are of no harm to others, instead, they allow any public place, as per this instance-the park, to be accessible for mobility disabled individuals.

F. Mrs. Thomas using the assistance of a double stroller in order to get to her destination (the playground) with her children. This case also should be exempt of the "No vehicles in the park" ordinance. The city council clearly stated that the park should be preserved from pollution. The double stroller does meet the requirement of not causing pollution, it as well allows the parents to comfortably get to the playground, which is located in the middle of the park, with the children and all the necessities required.
