-What requests must a 9-1-1 system be capable of transmitting? Are transmittals of requests for suicide prevention mandatory or permissive? Why?

-Where does the law begin and end for the Michigan Liability Company Act? What must the Articles of Organization for an LLC contain? Can an Operating Agreement for an LLC contain only two members? Would that be enforceable? What are some of the powers that an LLC can do? Can it indemnify its member for losses or claims made against a member of the LLC?

-Find the Open Meetings Act. When can a public body go into "closed session"?

- Can a private hotel owner refuse to rent to a couple because they are gay? What if they claim to be transgender? (Hint: It's in the area of the law dealing with rental of rooms to a minor).

-Where does a divorced woman go to change her last name back to what it was originally?
