Hi, I understand everything how to convert decimal numbers to binary numbers, but I do not understand how to convert negative floating-point decimal numbers to 8-bit binary numbers(ex. -32.875 ---> ????????). Also, I know how to convert a negative or positive decimal number to a binary number, but I do not understand how to convert it to 8-bits... I can understand if I study by looking at a little more examples. Therefore, please describe in detail the process of converting several float-point decimals(ex. 3.456, 9.375 or ...) to 8-bits binaries and negative float-point decimals(ex. -3.125, -8.875 or ...) to 8-bits binary numbers.
