Hi!

I wrote a paper on a case of a worker suing his previous employer for discrimination. I had to understand the judicial concepts and explain the ruling and the arguments presented in the case. I then had to explain how a court case can impact a business. I explained how it impacted the company involved in the case. But I did not get credit on one of the competencies. I had to choose another company and explain how it would effect them, as well. How will this personal case have a direct impact on a separate company?
