PROJECT 1. (7 Months Duration)

Objective: To install security cameras (CCTV) at Pearl Gardens Estate. Role: I initiated and planned the project.

INITIATING: developing the charter and identifying stakeholders.

PLANNING: I documented the project management plan, including scope, time, quality, and risk management plans.

EXECUTING: I directed the team during execution. At the same time,

MONITORING AND CONTROL: controlling the scope and quality, tracked project cost and time

CLOSING: Submitted tender on time with a feasible solution that met HOA requirements, documented lessons learned.

Key deliverables and outcomes: Pearl Gardens Estate security camera (CCTV) tested, fully functional, and commissioned by HOA President.

Responsibilities and deliverables. I created the project charter and managed the stakeholder register throughout the project's life cycle. I was in charge of planning the project's stages and life cycle and the communications and resource strategy. I oversaw task execution and communications. I led a close-out meeting and transferred ownership of the deliverables to the HOA

Project 2. (9months duration)

Objective: To reduce construction costs by creating and implementing a recycling program to recoup excess building materials from completed houses within the Estate.

INITIATING: developing the charter, identifying stakeholders, and documenting their expectations through one-one conversations with the approval of top management.

PLANNING: I recorded the project management plan, including scope, time, quality, and risk management plans: developed budget, time, and work schedule.

EXECUTING: I hired and directed the team during execution and managed the team's performance. At the same time, MONITORING AND CONTROL: controlling the scope and quality, tracking project cost and time.

CLOSING: Created and submitted project performance report and documented lesson learned.

Key deliverables and outcomes: Released the new cost savings recycling system for company-wide testing and adoption within the planned schedule and budget.

PROJECT 3. (21 Months Duration)

Objective: To research, design & construct Recreational facilities for residents of Pearl Gardens Estate: I managed the entire project.

INITIATING: Developed the charter and identified key stakeholders.

PLANNING: Planned the project's scope while considering time, cost, and quality.

EXECUTING: Coordinated the execution of the research & development of recreational facilities required for a luxury estate. Managed communication and task execution.

MONITORING AND CONTROL: Monitored schedule and quality.

CLOSING: Documented Project Closure and lesson learned.

Outcomes: Pearl Gardens Estate Recreational facility commissioned by the MD/CEO.
