Hi, im stuck on a question where I must create an Entity Relationship Diagram for a for a club.. The case study is as follows... Members fill in an initial membership form which asks for their name, address, phone(s) and email addresses. Members are regularly notified by email of upcoming events. There is also a newsletter which is mailed to the main member in a family. Members indicate if they have skills useful to the club. Currently only first aid training and experience in leading events are recorded. They also indicate if they would like the newsletter mailed, emailed, or both. Membership fees are paid once a year, either a single member or family a family are members at the same address. Note that only one newsletter is mailed to a family group. There is also a Life member who pay no fees. The membership list is used to decide if members can attend events only paid-up members are allowed to participate. Members who lead events are supplied with a list of valid members, electronically or as a hard copy. It is anticipated that when the database is online, members will be able to look up contact details (email, phone and suburb) of other members. Full addresses are not required due to privacy concerns.

The club management would like to print out a list each year of members who have become unfinancial (ie who havent paid in time). This would allow reminders to be sent out. The total number of members in June is used to calculate insurance premiums for public liability. A record is kept of past members so that in the case of reunions or anniversary celebrations, previous members may be contacted.

I have started to build the ERD but i feel like im missing something.

The marking guide is as follows: Considering the scenario supplied the logical ERD must as a minimum: include all ERD required elements, include all necessary relationships, include all primary and foreign keys, show appropriate cardinality for a logical model, include all required attributes (columns} Any assistance would be extremely appreciated! I will attach a file of the ERD I have so far...
