I hope you guys are doing well. I$\text{'}$m having issues with my computer, I hope you could help me out.

The issue I$\text{'}$m having is that when I try to open certain application, like Word or Firefox, nothing happens. It's like I double click on the icon, but nothing pops. This is making it imposable for me to get my work done.

My computer is a Windows $11,$ Dell laptop, Corei$7,16$GB RAM, $500$SSD$.$ that I got about few months ago.
