Forum 1 - Responsible alcohol service

The serving and consumption of alcohol has become major talking points in recent times. Several campaigns have been launched to bring consumers' attention to the risks of irresponsible alcohol consumption, but in more recent times, attention has diverted to the irresponsible service of alcohol. Owners of liquor licenses, alcohol servers and consumers are all responsible for ensuring that they do their part to sell, serve and consume alcohol responsibly.

Conduct some research at your property and identify the efforts being made to ensure alcohol service and consumption is managed responsibly at your property. If your property does not have any policies and procedures in place, explain what could be done to ensure both the property, servers and consumers are protected.
