Hi,

My question is "Can smaple sizes be too large or too small" initially I know the answer is yes but my professor wants us to understand this by using the term (Knowledge about Power and Effect Size) to explain why it may be bad to have a too small or large sample sizes. Please help me understand this term and how it applies.
