The client must wait 5 minutes to receive the tracking number and thus end the call. If the operator receives a tracking number, he should contact a sales consultant and give the number. When the assessor receives the number, look for the complaint number in an Excel file. If the complaint is answered, the adviser sends it to the operator. If he does not have it, the consultant confirms to the operator the response time. The operator waits 10 to 15 minutes for the advisor to send the response or the estimated response time. After receiving the message, the operator transmits it to the client. The client must wait 10 to 15 minutes to follow up on their complaint and thus end the call.
