The client has advised that they want their coaching strategy to focus on improving performance and staff well-being and would like you to recommend at lea ten key areas that could be useful as a coaching focus. These can be any ten areas that can apply to any business, for example, being a better team member. The client has advised that while coaches are not required to meet any specific legal or compliance requirements, they must participate in regular professional development to ensure they keep their skills up. They have also provided you with their recruitment, selection and induction policy and procedures to assist with understanding their general human resources procedures. To complete this task, you will be required to conduct research into best practice coaching practices and strategies to inform the development of your coachin strategy. Once your draft coaching strategy is complete, you will be required to present it to the client at a meeting for approval as per the client's procedures for appro new strategies and procedures. 2.
